Never have I ever had an auto shop give me such a detailed analysis on my vehicle. Even included picture and videos. They definitely live up to their name. My go to for car repairs from now on.

We have been in CLT for 20 plus years. We always took our vehicles to national chains. We overpaid and had bad service. Coming from Philadelphia I am glad we now have a guy! They are awesome. Communication friendly service and results are outstanding. Highly recommend. Go Birds!

I needed a repair on a prior job I had done here and the staff did a great job. The work was all covered under warranty and my car handles great now. They were good at communicating with me on the work to be done and I’m very pleased with their work!

As a single mom it’s hard to know who to trust with your car but Honest one is a10/10 highly recommend! They go above and beyond every single time that I’m there. Recently had an issue with my driver side door handle that they repaired quickly and with great care as there were a few issues that popped us during the process. I have been a customer for over 4 years and honestly can’t imagine trusting anyone else but them!

Ramon and the staff were very helpful throughout the process and explaining what was done. I had no way to get home and had a shuttle service to take you home and pick you up as well which is convenient. The staff were friendly and easy to chat with. I highly recommend anyone to come to them for their honest opinion and they do bot rush your vehicle to get it fix. They rather have it done right the first time. Thank you guys!

Updated review: I was billed in error as an auto transmission fluid change when I had a manual transmission. Justin called, he looked into it and got back to me. Headed there now for a refund of the difference in what I should have paid vs what was charged. Stand-up service with awesome follow-through. Thank you!

I just wanted to let everyone know that this car repair service has all 5 stars from me! Being a female, they did not take advantage of me and were extremely friendly and fast with their service completion! I had a car battery that was about to die and was in and out within 30 to 45 minutes! Wonderful Service and I will be using them in the future and referring my family and friends. Thank you 🤩
