Always the best experience at a mechanic! I truly dread car maintenance and of course any issues, but every time I go to Honest 1 I feel so comfortable. They truly live up to their name, honest. They’re efficient, excellent communication and top notch customer service. They stand by their work and their word. Could not ask for anything else! And a snack waiting for me in the car, what a thoughtful touch! Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience with the service department. From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional, courteous, and transparent about what needed to be done. They explained the work clearly, gave me an accurate estimate, and finished the service on time. I really appreciate the attention to detail and honesty throughout the process. Called and was able to get my car in quite quickly, what a surprise. After talking with the service manager, left the car there for them to work in to run test to know what needed done. Was given courtesy ride home. When they had there tests and inspection done I was made aware, job was approved. Thought I would not get car back until next day, they called me just before closing to inform me the car was completed. Way awesome!

I had a noise coming from the rear of my truck that the dealership couldn’t get to for three days. I called Honest-1 and they got me in right away. I work near their shop and they offered to shuttle me back to my office so I didn’t have to wait at the shop. They performed a thorough multi point inspection and found the issue, as well as other repairs I should consider. The service was great and all the office personnel were friendly. Will definitely return for future maintenance to my truck.

These guys were amazing. I was basically broken down while visiting family for thanksgiving and they helped get back to GA safely in my car. I walked in the morning after Thanksgiving and they jumped right on diagnostic, thoroughly explained all my options, and got me a fix and back on the road in an hour. So happy and highly recommend this location.
