What a phenomenal business. They got me in almost immediately and conducted themselves professionally every step of the way. Discussed pricing and options, called me a free uber home, sent updates and pictures clearly detailing the repairs. One of the most annoying experiences of dealing with mechanics is being constantly talked down to and upselling needlessly. There was none of that here. Pricing was very reasonable as well. I used to go to Honest auto service in Eagan, they did great job as well, also in Burnsville doing a great job, well explanation on things for upcoming repairable items for vehicle. Discounts for oil changes (coupon on the website) drop off vehicle and provide customer a Lyft ride back to your place. Always good to have Honest Auto near you.
