They live up to their name. Came in with a broken A/C condenser in a Cadillac. Chevy told me it'll me a $3000 dollar fix. I tried to do it myself and it did not go well. I brought it to them to restore the refrigerant but they told me it was still leaking. Their communication was clear from start to finish. They found the small and slow leak in my car A/C and were able to repair it for a fair price. Very good about going through the pros and cons of fixing the problem. They even looked into another question I had while the car was there. They remain personable even while you fill out all the necessary paperwork. I would use them again.

Ive been very happy with my experience at honest 1 auto. They are super friendly, prompt, and have been great at communicating updates. They got my car done same day and even got me home with Uber. As a typical millennial, I also enjoy the text message updates and scheduling reminders that enable you to set calendar invite and reminders. Their prices seem fair for the services offered. I'll keep going here for sure.
