Excellent first time experience. Took my 2012 Ford Focus in for oil change and wipers. They also did their standard check and gave me a detailed printout with everything they found. They also took the time to explain in detail. There was absolutely no pressure to run up a huge bill. All in all, a definite 5 star experience.

I’ve brought my car here twice now, once for an oil change and once for brake work, and both visits were very positive. The staff were professional, explained what they were doing, and didn’t try to push any extra services on me. For a BMW, the prices felt fair and reasonable compared to what I’d expect from a dealership, and the work was done on time. My car has been running great since, so I feel confident in the quality of their work and plan to keep coming back for future maintenance
