This was my third experience going to Honest 1 Auto Care. Once again it was a very great experience and I plan on coming back again. I was not disappointed once again. Each associate listen to me and the work was completed as communicated and in a timely manner. This team is great! Shout out to the entire team and staff, but a huge shout out to Devan. All the personnel are professional and friendly. As far as I know, the issue has been fixed. Usually I take my car elsewhere because your prices are higher than other places and being a senior I have to go with the cheapest price. This time though your alignment was cheaper. Matt always gives me a discount so I and appreciate that. My car is really old so having a warranty isn’t as important because I never know when the engine or transmission will go out…original on both.

The whole staff here is amazing. Tracey and Chris both made me feel greatly taken care of, it’s been a long time since i’ve had 10/10 customer service. I dropped my vehicle off knowing I had an issue with the vehicle, they had to keep my car overnight BUT I was given a temporary vehicle for the night and made it to work. My life remained the same while they took care of my vehicle. I will be coming back here.

We had a great experience with honest 1 auto care in PL. I had called ahead as I had a nail in my tire and they were able to fit me into the schedule same day. After looking into it they determined the nail could be pulled and the tire was not leaking. So convient and helpful!
