Joseph was very friendly and informative. Brought some wheels and tires I was looking at purchasing and wanted a balance report done on them. He took the time to understand the situation and did his best to give me the peace of mind of buying the wheels.

All the personnel are professional and friendly. As far as I know, the issue has been fixed. Usually I take my car elsewhere because your prices are higher than other places and being a senior I have to go with the cheapest price. This time though your alignment was cheaper. Matt always gives me a discount so I and appreciate that. My car is really old so having a warranty isn’t as important because I never know when the engine or transmission will go out…original on both.

I recently got my brakes and rotors replaced. The service was great from start to finish! I didn't have to wait long, but loved getting to set up my "mobile office" in their upstairs waiting area. A nice spot to get some work done for the hour my car was getting worked on. The service desk staff was wonderful and explained everything thoroughly. Thank you Honest-1!
