I went in and the mechanic guy , not sure what his name was but he was also very nice and friendly. He helped me patch up my tire. Both Luke and the mechanic guy were very professional. I would go here again for future car problems and would highly recommended this place. The price were right for me too.

I had a weird problem with my stupid jeep battery (which is really 2 batteries) so I went to Honest -1 because it was like 4 blocks away. Tony greeted me as soon as I hit the door and listened to me as i described the problem. Then Tony and crew went straight to work, diagnosed the problem and sourced the replacement part. I was fully expecting to need a ride home and a day off work, but Tony and his team had me out of there in under two hours. If you know how dumb a Jeep compass battery...

Charged me nearly $600 to loosen some seized bolts after I told them not to do them all. My Jeep Wranglers door hinges were needing to be replaced and the bolts were seized on 1 hinge. They quoted me $375 for all of the hinges, so I asked them just to do the 1 bolt because that was way too much. They did them all despite me saying not to, and charged me even more ($570).
