Brad has always been helpful anytime I've needed service done to my car. Always offers a shuttle home, being that I work nights, it's a big help to drop the car off and get a shuttle home and back when the car is ready for pickup. The rewards program they have is amazing. When my car failed at work 2 guys accompanied me to push the car out of the parking garage into a lot so the tow truck could come pick it up for service. 10/10 recommend if I could give more stars I would

This place is amazing! The staff is incredibly understanding and genuinely helpful. I was traveling from out of state and found myself in a tough situation, but they welcomed me with open arms and treated me like family. I highly recommend them—100%!

Had a great day at Honest 1 ! Although the staff will shuttle me home and back, I chose to stay & enjoy the snacks and the table top arcade games. JW was my service writer. Awesome guy! Found me a last minute coupon and saved me a few $$. Highly recommend ✌️♥️
