They live up to their name! Very honest staff. We called a few different places, but we knew this was the place to go when they understood our needs and concerns. They were able to get us in the next morning which was awesome. After inspection of our car, they were very honest that it was time for us to let go of our car due to major issues of the foundation ( rust). They sent us images and a report of their findings and didn't even charge for it! We will definitely be coming back to this...

I've been bringing my vehicle to this location whenever I have an issue because I trust the manager, Dominik. He is very helpful and honest, which I appreciate. Their prices are fair and they don't overcharge or take advantage of their customers. Other shops I've brought my vehicle to were more expensive and had poor customer service. Honest 1 Auto-care Eagan East is the only place I feel confident taking my car to.

Overall a pleasant experience. Better than my previous local shop that somehow managed to damage my oil drain plug and one of my valve stems. Will continue to get service here on our cars. Maybe the person that parked mine after service should be mindful of curbs with my low front lip lol. Thanks for making my car feel right again.
