This place is great ! They fit me in on a Friday afternoon and did a great alignment on my Honda Pilot. They were so kind and professional. They had snacks and refreshments and a tv with really comfortable seating. It’s very convenient also right down the street from my house. I will definitely go back for my auto needs!!

Honest 1 Auto deserves every bit of their name. Honest. I purchased a used car and within 24 hours it was making a noise. The dealership was 45 minutes away so I reached out to Honest 1. They got me in the next morning and within a couple hours, I had a diagnosis and a suggestion to get the vehicle over to the dealership. The shop is very clean, both front and back, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and repaired our Chevy Sonic in a very timely manner. Brought it in Wednesday, and it was ready Thursday evening. Front Staff and techs are both very knowledgeable. My family has used them for years, and I can now see why. Highly HIGHLY recommend this shop.

Took my car to the shop for car noise issues. Initially quoted price was around 700, then jumped closer to 2000. Ended up taking car to another place who will do the service with their originally quoted price of 700. Appreciate their reports/communications but do not think i am taking my car back for service.
