I asked several times for an out the door price on the repair and this was after they had the vehicle for several days and was given one. When I arrived, it was a few hundred dollars more than I expected. I never received a call either to inform me the car was ready, I had to call them. Did another full check, put air in the tires, etc. I used their shuttle service to be dropped home and they picked me up as well. Honest, professional, great company!

if I could leave 10 stars for Honest 1 service center I would. My F150 with almost 170,000 miles started giving me problems on a Friday, days before I needed it for a trip with a ski boat in tow. I had a carrier bearing on my driveshaft fail, rear seal on my rear end leaking, along with brakes needing work.
