I have used this facility several times and the work is always completed so I have not complaints with that. The issue is communication is not good. I asked several times for an out the door price on the repair and this was after they had the vehicle for several days and was given one. When I arrived, it was a few hundred dollars more than I expected. I never received a call either to inform me the car was ready, I had to call them. Keep your customers informed and honor what your employees...

I had a wonderful experience with these guys. I had some deferred service I needed to do and they honored the price from 6 months ago. Did another full check, put air in the tires, etc. I used their shuttle service to be dropped home and they picked me up as well. Honest, professional, great company!
