Honest-1 did an excellent job of diagnosing and repairing my car. I had a noise when traveling that I thought might be a wheel bearing. Their diagnosis indicated some tire problem, though the tires were not too old nor had too many miles. I guess there were just bad tires (top line purchase but.....) Honest-1 got me new tires, installed and did an alignment per my request. They did a good job, with the tires at competitive prices. One never knows just what will happen in these repair...

I called Honest 1 and explained to them my issues with our Mercedes ML350. First of all not many technicians like working on Mercedes vehicles. They had no problem taking the vehicle and diagnosing the issues the vehicle had. It was a big job and gave me a quote for repairs. Even tried working with ENDURANCE and that company is a joke but they tried. Still I had the quote for repair and I asked them to do their best to keep the bill as low as they could get it. They completed the job...

2019 F-150 with oil leak and some random sounds from engine. Turns out Ford engineers thought a plastic oil pan and plastic drain plug were “great” ideas underneath a number of their vehicles for several years. And they develop leaks…to tune of $1,100+ to repair primarily for labor. It requires some three hours to do job. So was I thrilled…no. Am I happy with Ford now…no. But Honest A-1 got part as fast as they could (not as quickly as they originally planned) and then finished work more...
