Very impressed! A battery was quickly installed and I was on time for my job. Very nice staff! Normally I do not like being on the internet but they deserve an excellent rating!

They took me on short notice and had my inspection done within 4 hours. It was extremely detailed and had images to along with the explanations. Unfortunately the inspection revealed some bad news, but I never felt pressured or misguided by the staff to proceed with any of the expensive repairs. Awesome job I will be back. Thank you

I literally honestly can’t be more impressed with the entire experience. I was the first a basic oil change (great prices btw). Front desk check is was easy and pleasant the lady was very sweet. Dylan and Evan did a great job and was fast. They will be getting more business from my family.

Discounts for oil changes (coupon on the website) drop off vehicle and provide customer a Lyft ride back to your place. Always good to have Honest Auto near you.

Impeccable! 100% honest. The manager is a 10+ year GM veteran and absolutely the most honest person I have ever met in the automotive industry. I won’t get into my story but it takes a lot for me to write a review and say how impressed I was with this business and how they handled a potential huge profit/work for them but ultimately pointed me in the direction that made the most sense and saved me the most money. This brake shop is truly honest. I went there twice to get a quote for brake replacement because I thought it was time to change them, and after a thorough inspection, they sent me home because it wasn't necessary. I WENT TWICE!

Great customer service !! I won't take my car anywhere else. They can be trusted to do the work at a fair price. Plus, they drove me home (since I had to leave the car there) and picked me up the next morning. Didn't have to worry about transportation. Great place overall.

The team at Honest 1 Autocare has done extensive work on my old Jeep. They have always done work on it. I can trust. This has been especially important while working through a dragged out divorce process I have had to navigate, and it isn’t wise to look at replacing my vehicle.
