Love them, always reasonable. Recent had oil changed , under vehicle shield cover was hanging and loud noisy then lost in upon returning to shop….disappointed they didn’t offer to replace , just stayed “ well my car doesnt even have one” “ not really necessarily “ sad it came in with one. Won’t stop me from returning but will have to be more assertive just thought they would do the right thing.
