Love these guys. They definitely are the "honest ones". They take care of my cars, are very well priced and I trust them completely.

I had a wonderful experience with Honest 1 Auto!! Everyone there went above and beyond for me! I’m a single mom of three and I can finally say I feel safe driving my car now!!

Took my 2017 Buick Encore in on 01/15/25 for an oil change. Kurt and Brad are great guys. Welcoming, informative, and most importantly, honest! They sent me a detailed report on all the things that need replacing/fixing, and changed the oil. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Plus they’re literally across the street from home! What more could I ask for?

Chris and his team at Honest-1 are Amazing! They have always gone out of their way to provide THE BEST customer service! And make me feel confident in repairs needed, so I trust them! In fact, I relocated and still drive out of my way to come to these guys!!! Thank you Chris and team, you Rock!!!!

It was a cold winter day, and my car was in trouble with a flat tire. I walked into the shop and found the people friendly, and the waiting room warm and relaxing. It felt like an island of warmth in a sea of cold—a great place to rest. I felt my car was in good hands as they ensured everything was up to specifications. Before long, my tire was fixed, and I was warm and ready to go. Just like the name of the shop, Honest-1 Auto Care, I encountered good people!

Overall a pleasant experience. Better than my previous local shop that somehow managed to damage my oil drain plug and one of my valve stems. Will continue to get service here on our cars. Maybe the person that parked mine after service should be mindful of curbs with my low front lip lol. Thanks for making my car feel right again.

I would recommend the Lakewood ranch location. Joe was very nice when checking me in this morning. When I picked my truck up David G. was awesome. Asked him a question and turned into a conversation. Where he was very engaged. Made me very convertible. Estimated quoted I got in the morning was higher than the actual bill was. That didn’t happen at Christian brothers where I was going before this oil / tire change. Again would recommend this location.

I had an excellent experience at Honest-1 Auto Care. Our appointments started as scheduled on time. Problems they located were shown and explained to us, reasonable alternatives were offered. Our wait was short and comfortable, with free guest WiFi, a free and ample selection of drinks and snacks, and comfortable seating. And the restroom was sparkling clean! Prices were reasonable for services offered. We are very pleased with the entire experience.
