The whole Crew at Honest-1 are genuine, honest, and professional. They will take care of you and your vehicle with the up most class. I have taken my vehicles there knowing that I'd get great advice on my vehicles and service.

Here for the races unbelievable called on Saturday they told me bring it in picked it up on Monday morning they are the best! My issue was no tail lights when lights on, you know how wiring issues go not for them they did a great job wish these guys were in California!!! Also the staff is fantastic and a super clean shop thank you guys

As a woman who doesn’t know much about vehicles, it can be a little nerve racking when car issues arise, but I feel better knowing that I will be taking my vehicle here moving forward. I greatly appreciate the value and care Honest 1 has for its customers. I worked with Jerry and he was very informed and was able to communicate with me effectively. I learned a lot from our conversation about the issues with my car, reasons to repair, and current and additional prices.

I love Honest 1 in Minnehaha, they have done all of the oil changes on my car. I always get an email of the entire inspection, with pictures. I never feel upsold. They offer everything from filters, wipers, and light bulbs if necessary. The office crew are always upbeat and happy to help. I wouldn’t trust my Soul to just any shop. These guys are great.

David the Service Advisor and Jon the technician did an outstanding job of getting my car in and out the same day. My car had an ABS alarm failure and they were able to get me a part and get it installed. They knew that this my only form of transportation and they did everything they could to handle the problem. They also changed out my battery. They did all of this and were very pleasant throughout the process.

These guys took care of some warranty work for a part that failed. They got my car in there pretty quick. They did some additional work for me at a decent price. Overall my past two experiences have gone well. If communication was better I would give them five.

Staff were friendly and the service was excellent. They provided a detailed diagnosis, complete with pictures of the issues. The work was completed in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a detailed and honest mechanic.
